Ingredients

  • 2 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 48 oz can Northern Beans
  • 16 oz jar of 505 green chile salsa
  • 2 Tbsp cumin
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • grated jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, Northern Beans, green chile salsa, cumin, and chicken stock in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Ladle into bowls and top with grated jack cheese before serving.
