Ingredients

  • 1 (79-cent) bag Doritos
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or chopped (optional)
  • 1 pound Longhorn cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Crush the Doritos.
  2. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped green chilies, chopped onion, and diced chicken if using.
  3. In a 3-quart casserole dish, layer crushed Doritos, the soup mixture, and grated cheese in that order.
  4. Repeat the layering to make 2 layers in total.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
