Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package dry green onion dip mix
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles
  • 1/2 lb grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos
  • 1 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with salt and garlic powder in a skillet.
  2. Drain well and set aside.
  3. Make the sauce by heating cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and Velveeta cheese until melted.
  4. Add chopped green chiles, dry green onion dip mix, and chopped pimentos to the sauce.
  5. Add the cooked meat and chopped onions to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Soften tortillas by dipping them one at a time in hot oil in a shallow skillet, then drain.
  7. Fill each tortilla with the meat mixture, roll up, and place in a greased 10 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  8. Pour the cheese sauce over the rolled tortillas.
  9. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
