Ingredients

  • halibut or fillet fish
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Flake fish into sauce; place in a shallow casserole and cover with bread crumbs.
  2. Bake at 350° until brown.
