Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/3 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together with the yeast mixture.
  3. Put the dough into a well-greased loaf pan.
  4. Let rise for about 2 hours.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
