Ingredients

  • 2 baked 9-inch pie shells
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 beaten egg whites

Instructions

  1. Cook all ingredients except the egg white mixture until thickened.
  2. Fold in the beaten egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture into the cooled pie shells.
  4. Chill the pies until set.
  5. Top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans before serving.
