Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 egg whites (unbeaten)
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream oleo, sugar and egg whites until fluffy.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour in greased sheet cake pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until springs back.
