Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dried basil or 1 cup fresh basil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • Noodles
  • Salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the olive oil, basil, and minced garlic together and let it soak.
  2. Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve 1 cup of the pasta water.
  3. Toss the noodles with the oil mixture, adding salt and Parmesan cheese to taste.
  4. Squeeze the can of tomatoes into the spaghetti and stir to combine.
