Ingredients

  • 4 c. warm water
  • 1/2 to 2/3 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. honey or molasses
  • 6 c. whole wheat flour
  • 4 tsp. yeast
  • 4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Put the first 3 ingredients in mixer bowl and turn on mixer. Add 6 cups whole wheat flour, yeast, salt and remaining flour. Knead 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Put into greased bowl and let rise.
