Williamsburg Squash

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. butternut squash
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Cook and mash squash or add frozen squash.
  2. Mix brown sugar, margarine, cinnamon, salt and milk together.
  3. Pour into greased pan.
  4. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
