Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans french green beans
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1-1/2 c white port wine

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put the chicken and butter in a large skillet and sauté until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Drain the green beans and sliced mushrooms.
  4. Add the drained green beans and mushrooms to the skillet with the chicken.
  5. Pour in the white port wine.
  6. Cover the skillet and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve the dish with rice.
