Ingredients

  • 3 lb. eye of sirloin, boned
  • salt
  • pepper
  • little olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Brush the meat with olive oil.
  3. Rub salt and pepper over the meat.
  4. Pour red wine over the meat.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F and cook for an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes.
