Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 2 oz sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate salmon fillets in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down.
  5. Cook until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Do not turn the salmon during grilling.
