Ingredients

  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 c. cranberries, washed and sorted
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 3-inch stick cinnamon
  • 3 fresh pears, peeled, cored and quartered

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a baking dish; cover and bake for 1 hour or until pears are tender.
  2. Chill before serving.
  3. Delicious! Makes 4 to 6 servings.
