Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 16 ounces green beans (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add green beans and tarragon.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Continue cooking another 5 minutes, until sugar is dissolved and green beans are tender yet still crisp.
