Winter Haven Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Florida grapefruits, peeled and sectioned ⓘ
- 2 small red onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb.) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half ⓘ
- 1/3 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
- 3/4 c. corn oil ⓘ
- 1/3 c. tarragon wine vinegar ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine grapefruit, onions, green beans, artichoke hearts and olives in large bowl.
- Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl or small jar.
- Mix well.
- Pour dressing over salad.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
