Instructions
- Dice tomatoes into saucepan; add potatoes, onion, salt and a few grains pepper.
- Add boiling water; cook until tender.
- Mix sour cream and flour together in double boiler; cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Stir sour cream mixture gradually into tomato-potato mixture.
- Season to taste with additional salt and pepper.
- Reheat but do not boil.
