Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add Brussels sprouts.
  3. Cook for 10 additional minutes.
  4. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of water.
  5. Place vegetables in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
