Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix (not pudding)
  • 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry Jell-O
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 chocolate wafer cookies, broken in pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine the cake mix, strawberry Jell-O, sour cream, water, oil, and eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth, then beat for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the crumbled chocolate wafer cookies.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured fluted tube pan.
