Ingredients

  • 6 large cooking apples
  • 1/4 lb castor sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp rum
  • crushed vanilla stick
  • bread crumbs
  • 1/2 pt whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Bake the apples until soft and then pass them through a sieve to create a puree.
  2. Mix the crushed pineapple with sugar and stir into the apple puree.
  3. Add the rum and egg white to the mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream and serve chilled.
