Crispy, golden wonton chips with a hint of seasoned salt or cinnamon sugar, perfect as a snack or appetizer for parties, gatherings, or casual snacking.

Ingredients

  • 12 wonton skins
  • 2 tsp liquid margarine
  • 2 tsp melted margarine or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Lightly brush 1 side of each wonton skin with liquid margarine or melted butter.
  3. Cut each wonton skin in half diagonally to form 24 triangles.
  4. Spray a 15 x 10-inch baking pan with nonstick coating.
  5. Arrange the wonton triangles, margarine side up, in a single layer in the pan.
  6. Sprinkle with seasoned salt or cinnamon sugar lightly.
  7. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
