Ingredients

  • 1 roast beef
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 section fresh garlic

Instructions

  1. Put the roast in a large piece of heavy aluminum foil.
  2. Cut slits in the meat and insert slivers of garlic.
  3. Cover the roast with cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over the meat.
  5. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the meat.
  6. Add desired seasoning as preferred.
  7. Cover tightly with foil, leaving room around the meat.
  8. Place the foil-wrapped roast in a pan.
  9. Cook at 250°F from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., until the meat is tender and juicy and gravy is made.
