Ingredients

  • 5 lb. ground beef or chili meat
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 large pkg. chili seasoning
  • 1/2 c. chili powder
  • water as needed
  • 2 Tbsp. cumin seed
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook on low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  2. May half the recipe for smaller groups or family.
