Ingredients

  • 29 oz. can yams
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • juice of 3 oranges (1/2 cup)
  • 2 large yams

Instructions

  1. Cook yams until tender, then drain.
  2. Add canned yams, pouring off some of the juices.
  3. Mash all yams until smooth.
  4. Add drained pineapple, orange juice, and rum. Blend well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased Pyrex pan.
  6. Sprinkle marshmallows on top.
  7. Bake at 400°F until bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes.
