Yard House Poke
Ingredients
- 1/2 sheet Nore cuts into slivers ⓘ
- 6 packet Ahi tuna, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon Murin wine ⓘ
- 2 green onions, chopped ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Black sesame seeds ⓘ
- 6 sheets wonton , cut into wedges
- 1/2 Avacado cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon sriracha, thai chili sauce and mayo mixture ⓘ
- 1 serranco chili, sliced in half and then 1/2 again
Instructions
- Air dry the wontons for 2-3 minutes at 360, turning once, set aside.
- Marinade the tuna in soy sauce, mirn mixture for 15-30 minutes.
- Place tuna over chips and add toppings. Use the mayo combination last and as a toppling.
