Ingredients

  • 1/2 sheet Nore cuts into slivers
  • 6 packet Ahi tuna, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Murin wine
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black sesame seeds
  • 6 sheets wonton , cut into wedges
  • 1/2 Avacado cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha, thai chili sauce and mayo mixture
  • 1 serranco chili, sliced in half and then 1/2 again

Instructions

  1. Air dry the wontons for 2-3 minutes at 360, turning once, set aside.
  2. Marinade the tuna in soy sauce, mirn mixture for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Place tuna over chips and add toppings. Use the mayo combination last and as a toppling.
