Ingredients

  • 1 large cream cheese, softened
  • 1 glass Roka Blue cheese
  • 1 glass Old English cheese
  • 1 glass Vera Sharp or 1 roll Nippy cheese

Instructions

  1. Blend the softened cream cheese with the Roka Blue cheese, Old English cheese, and Vera Sharp or Nippy roll using a mixer until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into a ball shape and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Roll the chilled cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat evenly.
  4. Can be frozen for future use.
