Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 small package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup cool water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  3. In a large bowl, blend all ingredients: yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla instant pudding, and water.
  4. Beat for 3 minutes at high speed (about 450 strokes by hand), scraping the bowl often.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the center.
  7. Cool right side up for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from pan and serve with your favorite topping.
