- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
- In a large bowl, blend all ingredients: yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla instant pudding, and water.
- Beat for 3 minutes at high speed (about 450 strokes by hand), scraping the bowl often.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the center.
- Cool right side up for 25 minutes.
- Remove from pan and serve with your favorite topping.
