Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • One 16-ounce bag slaw mix
  • 1 seedless cucumber, chopped into bite-size chunks (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

Instructions

  1. COMBINE the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cumin seeds, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Blend well with a fork.
  3. ADD the slaw, cucumber, and onion.
  4. Toss well to blend the vegetables with the dressing.
  5. Gently Stir in the cilantro.
  6. Chill before serving.
