Ingredients

  • 0.3 oz. sugar-free cherry gelatin
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz. cherry flavor yogurt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the cherry gelatin in boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Mix in the milk and then add the cherry flavor yogurt, stirring well to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups with sticks.
  4. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
