Yogurt Fruit Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) containers vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 peach, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 6 -8 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola cereal

Instructions

  1. Line a quarter-sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together yogurt and maple syrup.
  3. Spread mixture onto prepared sheet pan.
  4. Top with fruit and granola and freeze at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Break and serve. Freeze leftovers.
