Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, milk, and eggs together until smooth.
  2. Add a little water to the mixture until it resembles heavy cream.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  4. Put 1 teaspoon of meat drippings into each muffin tin hole.
  5. Heat the drippings in the oven until they start to smoke.
  6. Pour the batter into the hot tins.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
