Crispy, golden potato rounds seasoned with garlic, onion, and vege-sal, perfect as a savory snack or side dish for any casual meal or gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 medium potatoes, scrubbed
  • vege-sal
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler with the rack 4 to 6 inches below the element.
  2. Place potato slices in a single layer on lightly oiled baking sheets.
  3. Sprinkle slices with small amounts of vege-sal and garlic powder.
  4. Sprinkle with slightly larger amounts of onion powder and paprika.
  5. Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes or until golden.
  6. Remove from oven, turn slices over, and sprinkle again with the same seasonings.
  7. Return to the broiler for about 5 minutes until golden.
  8. Enjoy.
