Ingredients

  • 1 c. celery
  • 2/3 c. pickle relish
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • sliced meats
  • sliced cheese
  • sandwich bread

Instructions

  1. Mix the celery, pickle relish, mayonnaise, and horseradish together to create a spread.
  2. Spread the mixture onto slices of bread.
  3. Add sliced meats and sliced cheese on top of the spread.
  4. Spread a little mayonnaise between the meat and cheese, then place another slice of bread on top.
