Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. Little Smokies
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except Little Smokies, in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
  3. Boil 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat; add Little Smokies and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Keep warm over low heat in a chafing dish or slow cooker.
