- Prepare the instant chocolate pudding according to package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the prepared pudding with the Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk and milk, mixing well.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the Zingers in the pan.
- Top with Cool Whip and spread evenly to cover the entire surface.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
