A zippy, creamy dip with dill and horseradish that pairs perfectly with vegetables or can be served in a cucumber boat for a fresh presentation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill or 2 tablespoons dried dill weed

Instructions

  1. In a blender or mixer, beat together cottage cheese, cream cheese, horseradish, and Tabasco sauce until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Blend in chopped fresh dill or dried dill weed.
  3. Serve in a hollowed-out cucumber if desired.
  4. Use as a dip for vegetables.
