Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. MIX eggs, sugar, oil, vinegar, zucchini and vanilla.
  2. Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
