Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 2 hot chili peppers

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini into 8 pieces.
  2. Put slits in the chili peppers and leave them whole.
  3. Mix the cider vinegar, sugar, and salt together.
  4. Pour the vinegar mixture over the zucchini and refrigerate.
  5. Stir occasionally until the desired hotness is obtained.
