Zucchini Yellow Squash

Instructions
- Cook sliced squash and onion in boiling water, slightly salted, 4 minutes.
- Squash must be a little crisp; drain.
- Combine chicken soup and sour cream; stir in carrots, squash, onion and salt to taste.
- Combine stuffing mix with butter; spread half in baking dish.
- Spoon in vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle on rest of stuffing.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Serves 6.
