Chewy, chocolaty oatmeal bars with a buttery base and rich chocolate topping, perfect for a quick snack or satisfying dessert for any occasion.

Instructions
- Melt butter or margarine and mix into brown sugar and oatmeal. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together.
- Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the baked oatmeal base.
- Refrigerate until set before cutting into bars.
