Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 4 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt butter or margarine and mix into brown sugar and oatmeal. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
  3. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the baked oatmeal base.
  5. Refrigerate until set before cutting into bars.
