Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp. Parkay spread sticks, melted
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Dip chicken breasts in melted Parkay spread sticks.
  4. Combine Parmesan cheese, dry bread crumbs, dried oregano leaves, parsley flakes, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Coat the chicken breasts with the combined mixture.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
