Ingredients

  • 14 carrots, sliced
  • 1 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots.
  2. Make a sauce of rest of the ingredients, but crumbs and pour over carrots in casserole dish.
  3. Mix 1/4 cup margarine with bread crumbs and put over sauce and carrots.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Serves 10.
