Ingredients

  • 8 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • butter
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with skins on just until fork-tender.
  2. Peel and put through ricer, or grate on the larger hole side of a grater. Put into casserole which has been sprayed with Pam.
