4-Ingredient Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 1 (200 g) package seasoned stuffing mix, any variety
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 1 cup water
  • Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups pasta sauce, any variety
  • 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Meatballs:
  2. Preheat oven 400°F.
  3. Spray a 15x10" pan with cooking spray.
  4. Mix ingredients until blended.
  5. Shape into 1.5" balls.
  6. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Freezes well.
  8. While waiting for the meatballs to bake in the oven, cook the sauce.
  9. For sauce:
  10. Heat skillet to medium high.
  11. Combine sauce ingredients.
  12. Stirring, cook for 3 minutes, until heated through.
  13. Serve over meatballs.
