  • 1 pound brown sugar
  • 1 to 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix together the biscuit mix, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Cool in the baking pan before cutting into squares.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
