Ingredients

  • 18 large stuffed olives
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped salted Spanish peanuts

Instructions

  1. Drain and dry the olives with paper towels.
  2. Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and lemon juice until soft and fluffy.
  3. Shape the cheese mixture over the olives with wet fingers to cover completely.
  4. Roll the coated olives in chopped salted Spanish peanuts.
  5. Chill the olives before serving.
