Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pineapple bits
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Drain all the fruit to remove excess liquid.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained fruit, sour cream, chopped pecans, and miniature marshmallows.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated and combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled.
