Ingredients

  • 3 cups warm water
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 to 9 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Beat the warm water, dry yeast, sugar, salt, oil, and eggs together until well combined.
  2. Add the flour gradually and work the dough until it does not stick to your hands.
  3. Place the dough in a bowl, cover, and let it rise.
  4. Knead down the dough every hour during the rising process.
  5. Shape the dough into buns or rolls, not too large.
  6. Cover the shaped buns and let them sit overnight.
  7. In the morning, bake the buns at 350°F until they are golden brown.
