Ingredients

  • 1 layer Irish potatoes, peeled
  • 1 layer carrots
  • 1 layer onions
  • 1 layer celery
  • 1 layer green peas, drained
  • 1 layer browned hamburger
  • 1 can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Mix tomato soup with the juice from drained green peas.
  2. Pour the mixture over the layered vegetables and cooked hamburger in the casserole dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 45 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
