Ingredients

  • 13.5 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (3 oz) packages lemon jello
  • 1 lb can whole cranberry sauce
  • 7 oz 7-Up
  • 10 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple and save the juice.
  2. Add water to the pineapple juice to make 1 cup of liquid.
  3. Heat the liquid to boiling and add the lemon jello to dissolve.
  4. Allow the jello mixture to cool.
  5. Stir in the 7-Up soda.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture until it is partially set.
  7. Mix in the crushed pineapple and whole cranberry sauce.
  8. Pour the mixture into a dish to congeal.
  9. Mix the cream cheese with Cool Whip and spread evenly on top.
  10. Sprinkle with pecan pieces before serving.
